Print these lying flat with the pictograms facing up. Use support structures. Remember that you can independently scale the length and width of the hairpin in PrusaSlicer.

You will almost certainly have to smooth the surface of the pin. The easiest way is using sandpaper or a precision carving knife. Depending on you material, chemical smoothing might be an option.
