Allows the installation of a Raspberry Pi and 92mm fan for cooling said Pi plus Stepsticks

Requires the additional space provided by my spacer design.

Note: If all four fan mounting pegs are used, the Ethernet port will be inaccessible. This peg can be omitted while still retaining rigidity.
