This housing is designed to contain:
1x - Junctek 600A Bluetooth Battery Shunt Monitor with RS-485 Display, Temperature Sensor, and Relay Control (KH160F-0-120V-0-600A)
2x - Anderson Powerpole 175A Connectors (Supply and Load Sides of Meter)
2x - Anderson Powerpole 45A Connectors (Supply and Load Sides of Meter)
I needed a battery monitor to measure cumulative power between my battery packs, loads, and chargers. Not needing a laboratory quality measurement tool, I found this Junctek product on Aliexpress. The sizing was chosen to exceed my amperage needs by at least 30% as a safety margin. (I needed to measure 400+A, so I bought a 600A capable meter)
This housing was not designed to include a relay for the low voltage cutoff, over voltage cutoff, etc. as I had no need for that feature. (If the bottom part were stretched in only Z axis, it could be made to fit the relay I believe)
Mine was printed in PETG at 30% Adaptive Cubic infill with 3 walls and .3mm layers to ensure it would last with me throwing it around.
