HSW modular Cable Manager

Because I need to be more flexible with my cable storage and the usual comb design does not hold the plugs and connectors in place and the cable gets bent, I created this version to be placed on my HSWs.

Basic elements:

3 slots, for single use "empty" - width 41mm, slot to slot distance 12.8mm
9 slots, for double insert to empty - width 122.6mm, slot to slot distance 13.4mm
8 slots, for double insert to empty - width 122.6mm, slot to slot distance 15.3mm

The 8 slot version is for thicker cables.

The base elements can be stacked side by side for any lenght.

Cable inserts are available in

30, 50, 75mm with 10 or 15mm height (depending on how much support the plug needs)

They should not be fitted too tightly as this may cause the base module to bend slightly. To make it easier to remove an insert, there is a small hole (2.5mm) at the bottom where you can hammer in a tiny pin to make it easier to remove the insert.

You can make your own inserts for various special needs - I will update my own needs as well. I have added the drawing to make it easier to make your own.
