EVA 3.0 - Ender 5 Plus + Microswiss All Metal Remix

A remix of the popular EVA 3.0 toolhead, for the Ender 5 Plus with MicroSwiss All Metal hotend.

Front plate modified so belt attachments are at the right location. It uses the standard belt clamps from EVA 3.0 which press up against the sides of the front plate.

BlTouch mounting bracket holes moved down 3.5mm to clear new belt attachment location on left hand side.

Bltouch bracket height increased by 3.5mm to offset change from mounting hole modification on the bracket.

Hotend mount holder modified from stock EVA assembly to fit Microswiss All metal. Also slightly modified the fan duct area to get rid of the through holes for the heat inserts that were there from original assembly.

TODO:
 

1. Change top plate to work better with Ender 5 Plus right frame mounted endstop
2. Work on a way to further decrease the distance between any extruder placed on top of the top plate and the hotend entry, reducing length of mtfe tube needed.
