Now version 2 is added.
They are easy to use and easy to install.
You will need to purchase:
-2x ericsons nut M6 x 22mm(I used 30mm for furniture ones), you can also use normal M6 nuts with longer rod
-1x hard M6 rod, at at least 400mm
Simple guide:
First mount the left slider on the rod and put it through the axle all the way. Then mark and cut the rod as much as you need to fit right side slider. Tighten the nuts and you're done.
3D PRINTING SETTINGS
I printed it with PETG, 0.8 nozzle, 0.3 layer hight, 1.0 perimeter width, 100%infill with almost alone perimeters and a little bit of support. It took under hour for each left and right side. Sample sliceing 3mf designs are available in the files.
It can be printed with smaller nozzles, but it will take longer.
M6 ericsons nut diameter may vary, so I provide step files of the models for editing in fusion 360 or you can simpli dril bigger hole.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
