Talon Claw U Tube Stock Fixed

Talonclaw U tube stock, but actually usable.

Fixes-
Top nut in the coupler now can take a 10-32 nut.
4-40 standoffs are now used instead of the 4-40 lock nuts for U channel retention.
Buttplate can now take 4-40 screws for buttplate retention
New endcover now works with these parts

I have no idea how the actual tube part retains in the parts but I used front caliburn spacer for the stock tubes.
