Designed for both storage and study, it offers reliable protection even when you're flipping through cards with damp fingers or on the go.
This model was designed to fit flashcards I created by manually dividing a standard letter-sized sheet (8.5 × 11 in / 216 × 279 mm) into thirds vertically (approx. 72 mm wide) and eighths horizontally (approx. 34.9 mm tall), resulting in a grid of 24 uniformly sized cards per sheet.
However, every flashcard is different. That’s why I’ve included the Fusion 360 source file—so you can customize the design to match your exact card dimensions.

I recommend printing with TPU for a flexible, long-lasting shield that won’t crack or warp under pressure.
TPU is the preferred filament for its:
- Flexibility and durability
- Resistance to tears, scratches, and moisture
- Comfortable grip and resilience when held
