Compared to the other swords, this one is very easy to print on a bedslinger due to it's wider footprint. However, this sword has a much bigger problem with the blade getting stuck in the open position than the other ones I've printed, likely due to it's odd geometry and more points of contact. I've had parents return this to me because their kid couldn't close it, and this is after I've sanded the outsides of the blades and applied lubricant.

why are you even asking people to pay money for this when there are so many models that are for free

Silly question, I'm sure: your guide says to set line width for vase mode blades to .9mm. Have you had to alter flow rate/speed/etc in order to accomplish this? My Bambulab X1C prints the most beautiful prints with normal settings, but I seem to be having trouble increasing vase mode line width without the print looking a mess.

@EdwardMlinar_2316630 I'm sorry I cant give advice because I dont have a Bambu. However, there are a bunch of users in our FB group who do have one and they are very helpful.

think this will print ok in petg? was thinking about doing the blades in petg to hopefully get more durability

@JoshPowers_2214865 Petg is good, I think its maybe a little stronger than PLA.

Printed guard and hilt in PLA silk. Printed blade in standard PLA white. Encountered clogging with the silk but I slowed the print down and that fixed the issue. Came out amazing. Kids loves it. Much more durable than standard katanas! Plus if the blade breaks I'll print another.

@kwuprints_1434628 This helped a lot. I've been banging my head figuring out how I printed silk in the past years ago as a newb but not now. Now I got linear rails and go 70mm/s on infill. Thanks for solving my mystery.

hey I'm kind of new to a lot of this...i just break one of my blades I'm thinking is number 4...do I have to hollow out the part or is it already like hollowed out

@Big_STL_1438592 They are solid so you can print in vase mode, because they are a lot cleaner if you are printing separately because there is no layer seam. You have to change your line width and turn off top and bottom layers. There is more info in the trouble shooting guide. Or you can just separate the fourth blade in your slicer and print it normally.

Why does this one by one have no space? My printer is elegoo 4 pro.

@3DPrintingWorld For example, why doesn't the single printed DRILL BLADE-1 have a hollow stl? Why is it full?

@Ekogram_1581891 because if you are printing the blades separately, it’s best to do it in vase mode. The troubleshooting guide has more information on that.

Hello,
Is there assembly available somewhere?

@KAM_1111835 Yeah, it should be with the rest of the files.
