Prusa right Z mount with raised allen key holder

Same as the base remix but I raised the allen key holes so it doesn't get stuck with the z-axis when it is at the very top.
Tested to work with the Wam Bam Hotbox.

There is an unsupported part on the smooth rod insert and may require supports there. I managed to print it with no supports but your's might vary.
