The Logitech Pro X wireless headset can have a problem with excessive heat radiating through to the ear pads, making it uncomfortable to wear. This model reduces this heating by providing left and right shrouds with cooling holes (just enough to minimize negative effects on sound) that clicks into place over the original ear pad slot. Ear pads are then attached to the shrouds.
In addition, a volume wheel guard has been added to avoid the tendency to bump the volume when grabbing the headset.

Print tips
Property | Value | Notes |
Filament type | PETG or PLA | Print in PETG (preferred) or PLA. The model has been optimized to be a snug fit on the headset using PETG, however using PLA will make it much easier to remove support material. |
Filament color | White | Print in White filament for a more cooling effect (via albedo) than darker colors. |
Layer height | 0.3mm | |
Infill | 100% | Already thin walls require maximum print strength. |
Support material | Yes | Organic supports work well if using PETG. |
Model orientation | Ear pad side on build plate | |
Clean up | Hobby knife & flat head screwdriver | Hobby knife and a thin flat head screwdriver help remove support material. |
Need more cooling?
Use a pair of small pliers to cut away the gaps between the cooling holes!
