This is a remake of @MakersMakingChange assistive pencil grip. I added 3 flat surfaces at 120 deg to keep it from rolling away. For standard 7.8 mm pencils.

This is great for smaller hands. For adults I'd suggest to use the “TALL” version, which is scaled to 120% in height. Or scale on Z axis to any size you need (test it out and let us know in the comments how it works). Please be aware that if you scale the model on X and/or Y axis, it will change the diameter of the pencil hole as well. I found that for some brands of pencils the original hole size is slightly too large, as the pencil turns inside the grip. If this happens to you, print the grip with X and Y axis scaled to 99%.

Printed without supports, with brim, with 0.6 nozzle, 0.30 mm layers & 10% infill.

Photos: pink pencil has the original size, yellow pencil has the TALL version.
