Tube mounted knife scabbard for bicycle

Parts you will need:

(2) M5 x 16 screws
(2) M5 x 10 x 7 female thread knurled nut brass inserts
(1) piece of an old innertube or other rubber material

The tube I mounted this scabbard to has a diameter of 1.250. The inside diameter of the mounting ring clamp is 1.370. It's a perfect fit with a small piece of innertube mounted between the tube and the clamp.
