Elegoo Neptune4 filament guide with filament sensor

It's a piece of work that combines a filament guide and the original filament detector stand.

I've tried PETG and PLA+, both work well. Print it with its back downwards and 

• v4.1: add support for the hole which holds the PTFE tube.
• v4.2: no support needed !

You just need to add a short piece of PTFE tube and screw the detector in the original screw. 

It works great on my Neptune4! Pretty smooth. But I haven’t test it on other bigger machines. N3plus/max may encounter some issue because the longer length of the x-axis.
