MC4 Tool

This is the tool you need to tighten or disconnect MC4 connectors for solar panels.
It is specifically designed for Staulbi brand 10-12awg connectors, it may work on other MC4 compatible connectors but I haven't tested it.
You need 2 of these to tighten a MC4 after crimping the connector.
