The plastic floor protector on the bottom of the back legs of our two wheel walker had become worn and uneven, and would occasionally get caught on carpeting.

Designed a TPU version to slip over the existing end cap and leg, which allowed the walker to move smoothly over carpeting again.

I printed this using Sainsmart TPU with a hardness of 95.   The existing, worn protective end cap was 35 mm diameter, while the metal leg was 28 mm in diameter.  The bottom of the TPU cap has 35 MM diam space to receive the endcap, then transitions to a 28 mm opening which fits over the metal leg.

I uploaded two versions.    One is an “easy install” version that fits adequately tightly on the walker leg, stays in place and is not to hard to slip on and off. The second is a “snug fit” version that takes a  litte more force to slip on or off.   If you are using a softer TPU than I used, I'd pick the snug fit version.    The easy install version has two gaps in the side of the 28 mm ID section, and the snug fit version has one, and provides a slightly cleaner appearance.

No supports needed to print these.
