I have tested it with the Strada, but it should work with other Cateye models that use the same adapter.

Print Settings

I did not print this myself, but outsourced it to my local university shop, so I do not know all of the settings other than it was printed with a commercial 3D printer at a 0.15 mm resolution using PLA plastic.  Since it is a functional part, you probably want to use the highest infill possible.

Post-printing

No post-printing should be needed, but since I have only tested it with my own cycling computer, I can't guarantee that it will fit every unit out there.

If there is trouble fitting, for example the button gets stuck in, it may be necessary to shave off certain features to reduce their dimensions. Or it might suffice to take it off and putting it on the head unit a few times.

How I made it

I measured the dimensions of the official adapter I had that was broken and manually created a design on FreeCAD. The first iteration, I did not have all the dimensions exactly correct, so I modified it with my Dremel (set up for milling) so that it fit. I then added those modifications to the CAD model.
