The door on my toaster oven lacks a mechanism to limit how fast it drops open if I let go of it. The handle bangs loudly on the countertop if I don't let it down from closed to completely open gently. This bumper can be attached to the handle of a black and decker toaster oven, and softens how hard the door hits a counter top.
This bumper should be printed from a flex filament. I used Sainsmart TPU, Shore Hardness 95A. I find 95A to be a little easier to print than softer flex filaments.
This bumper is 40 mm wide, but you could probably reduce the width if desired. I printed it standing on end with no brim, and with 15% infill.
It is designed to fit on a handle with cross section dimensions of 26mm X 12 mm, with beveled corners. You could probably scale this up or down in your slicer to fit on other handles.
11.7 gms filament and 1 hr 12 min were required to print this in quality mode on my Prusa I3.
