Box for holding a Dymo LetraTag 100H, manual, and 3 extra cassettes.
Hinges are printed separately for correct layer orientation.
Make sure you decide on forehand where you want each part to be and in what orientation. Each hinge have one leaf with a countersunk hole the where screw (acting as the pin) is to rotate freely and one without countersink where the screw grips. You can install them as you like as long as you pair the leafs correctly and the screw (pin) ends up on the outside of the box.
Use a blade to ensure the end of each leaf can open along the split. Attach glue, carefully bend the split apart, and then slide the leaf into the matching openings in the box lid/bottom.
Use a clamp to put a litle bit of pressure on to properly close the split. For the lid, use something to fill the space between the hinge leaf and the casette holder to avoid breaking it off.
The screws that is used as hinge pins should be max 8 mm long and with a suitable thread to fasten properly a 2,2mm hole.
