The hydraulic oil catching assembly on our Massey Ferguson 5713 uses rubber seals that even with normal usage quickly fall apart. I created a cheap printable replacement. The printed version is slightly modified to provide a better seal than the original. I've been using it for a year now and they're still holding up well with no problems.
I included a separate seal for the top oil catcher that solves the problem of the original one not being rigid enough + it blocks dirt from entering the assembly from above in case the top cap gets lost.
Printing instructions:
Print using TPU. I used 100% infill and TPU (SHA 87A). Use supports on build plate. It can be printed on either of the flat sides - if printed using the side with small ridges I suggest cutting them off in slicer. Removing supports can be a bit tricky as is normal with TPU.
Mouting instructions:
Pull the oil catcher assembly off of the hydraulic couplings. Be careful not to break them, they are all interconnected. Remove the old seal and insert the new one from the back. Ensure the side tabs are fully locked in the plastic casing (see picture with note). The front of the seal should sit flush with the plastic casing. See pictures for reference. The top part will get locked in place by the spout of the oil catcher above and the bottom part should be locked in it's hole by tabs on the seal.
If the oil catcher is on top of the stack, use seal_top_catcher.step - this version improves the seal rigidity due to the fact there is no oil catcher above that would hold it in place with it's spout. Also blocks the hole at the top, which is useful if you lost the cap that goes on top of the oil catcher (easily breaks).
