Skadis Wera Top Mounts LED safe

Remix of daclasens remix to allow mounting on Skadis boards that have an LED strip added at the back (the original was too tight when screwdrivers were in and could cause a shorting of the LED).

I have made the holes slightly deeper so they dont touch the LEDs and have raised the profile of the sizes to stand out more if not using multi colour, or paint easier.

The Pozi holes are a bit scrappy and I will fix later, but they are hidden anyway.
