I liked the design of ofthedove's small sanding block, but didn't have any M4 bolts laying around so I remixed it to utilise M3 heat-set inserts instead. The knobs on the original version was also a bit small so I made them a bit taller, making them easier to use. I also split the holder part in two, to make it easier to get the sand paper tight.

Bill Of Materials
- 4x M3 Heat-set insert
- 2x M3x25 SHCS screws
Instructions
- Add two heat set inserts into the bottom of the mainbody. The inserts should sit flush with the surface they are embedded in.
- Add one insert into each of the bottom of knobs, the inserts should sit flush with the surface they are embedded in.
- The caps are meant to be glued in place on the mainbody, use a drop in each corner of the hole in the mainbody, make sure you don't get glue in the threaded heat set insert. Insert the caps and make sure they sit flush. Let the glue dry.
- Insert a M3x25 into each of the knobs from the top and screw them in until they are tight.
- There are two variations of the sand paper holder, one is a two parts piece that will allow you to fasten one side of the paper first than the next side, making sure the sand paper is nice and tight. The other part is one piece,
- Cut a strip of sandpaper 1 inch wide, and fasten it using one of the two block variations.
- Slide the sandpaper in between the pieces, hold it tight then tighten the knobs. The sanding block is now ready for use.
