This design should be mostly compatible with the MiSUMi 12SHF, in terms of hole distance and thickness. However, it uses bigger screws (M5 instead of M4) for mounting and has square sides instead of rounded. This last detail was meant to provide a way to correct alignment easier by using another 2 parts to correct it via 3 (6 total) screws but may not be used, not by me at least.

The rod hole has Ø12mm, because I'm expecting a shrinkage of up to Ø0.2mm that then needs to be sanded off, helping with surface.

For closing the clamp, there're two holes:

  •  Ø5.5mm: pass through for a M5 Allen screw with a head diameter ≤ 9mm
  • Ø4.2mm: meant for manual tapping, the hole nor the thread are expected to be perfect. However, the screw should be oversized enough that it works just fine

P.D.: This forms part of a larger project, but right now I'm designing and printing the parts for said project has I have time since the only printer I have access to is one that has a reputation of being a fire hazard (Anet A8).
