This is a remix of the Prusacaster Pickguard by Jannik Landgraf, but letters are flush instead of sticking out proud.
I have a Bambulabs X1C printer, which can print 4 colours, so I took advantage of this and printed the letters Orange and Blue, while keeping the main part of the pickguard White.
I used the Paint tool in the slicer to achieve this.
I didnt end up using the STL's from Jannik as when I imported these, they came up with errors which I could not solve. So I took the original pickguard from the Prusacaster project, in STEP format, and found the Font that Jannik had used (Harlekin) and put the text back on that, but cut into the body of the pickguard by 0.05mm. Not enough that the Slicer would make this a new layer, but enough that the paint tool could recognise it as being different.
When you slice it, it all prints flush, and printed this letters down on the print bed, allowing the textured PEI sheet to do its magic and make the print lines all but disappear.
Really happy with the result.
