My wife was looking for a way to stack Multiple sheet pans in the Refrigerator for bagels. These stackers started out from a set from Heckler off Thingiverse but had to modify it to fit larger pans, they were made to fit Nordic wear, or similar Full, Half sheet pans.
There are multiple ways to print, I recommend Printing the Full set which is enough to stack 2 pans With a 1" gap above the top lip. There's also a shorter stacker if you dont need to stack it as high.
Printing: Each corner should be 3pcs, two spacers and one corner. printed with no supports and after printing, glue the two stackers to the top of the corner as pictured. I used Super glue to glue the pieces together and they have been holding just fine. If you don't want to glue, I've included a solid 1pc to be printed with supports, as this is not how I printed it I have not tested the 1pc.
I printed with a, 0.4nozzle, 0.3 line height, 3 walls with 20% infill. I printed with PLA+ filament since my wife uses them in the refrigerator. If the pans are going to be hot that your stacking, I would recommend printing in the appropriate style filament for the temperatures.
