Besides these rollers, you'll need to remove the tabs from the Hydra AMS main body to allow bigger spools.
The rear rollers are fairly straightforward. Print, assemble, transfer over the bearings from the stock AMS rollers, and they should pretty much work.
The front rollers are tricky. First you'll need to remove the rubber from the stock rollers (THIS MIGHT VOID YOUR WARRANTY). I found it easiest to peel back the end of the rubber with my thumb,
slide a paperclip under it, and then wiggle it around to break the glue.
Once the glue is broken, the rubber comes off easily.
Once the rubber is off, you remove the glue rests,
slide on these prints (if too tight or too loose, print it with a tiny xy compensation),
and then slide the rubber onto these prints.
The rubber will be quite tight; use some isopropanol or something to help it slide on. Check afterwards for any glue rests, and verify that the bearing spins freely.
I'm not wholly satisfied with the mod yet, but it does seem to work. It's feeding out and retracting the 76mm wide 3dJake spools without issue in my AMS, even if they're a bit wobbly.
