I sketched up a replacement for a hub adapter for a Revox B77, based on an old model I reverse-engineered inside PrusaSlicer with the measure tool. So far it seems to be working fairly well, and I'm quite happy with how it looks beside an original one.
It shouldn't be a very challenging print, aside from the bridging of the underside, which needs to be supported of course. I used the automatic painting and organic supports and turned out relatively good. Your mileage may vary so go with your settings of choice.
I recommend max 0.2 mm layer height for the best quality, 2-3 shells and about 1 mm for top/bottom. I recommend to print it in the default orientation of the file to preserve the quality of the external wall.
With a reasonably tuned printer it shouldn't take too long to print (1.5 hrs in PLA and 2.5 in PETG in my case) and should fit on the reel and the recorder with little to no post-processing aside from the removal of the supports.
