These are the models I made when designing my enclosure for my creality Halot One resin 3D Printer.

I wanted to try and keep the smell in the enclosure.

Wanted to do it on a budget and calculated that 3D printing was the cheapest way for me.

Each side contains 4 pannels. So you need 16 in total and they are held together with M4 screws and screwed into the Lack table legs with wood screws

You can add perspex viewing pannels or not as you wish.

Hinges are 3D Printed and the Pin is recommened to be printed with high wall count.

There are some location points in the four corners to make it easier to lift the enclosure on and off.

I hope this can be used as inspiration and everything is fairly self explanatory.

I used PLA for the plannels with only 3 layers top and bottom to save material and got the pannels down to around 110 grams a piece.

 

You can expereiment with different Infill patterns too

 

I recommend checking your bed level with the octoprint plug in before trying to print of the pannels.
