I recommend to print it solid. So adjust the line width and the top and bottom layers so that no more infill is printed.
If you want more airflow and less pressure, you can cut down the tip.
I designed it from scratch on my own but was inspired by the Air Duster of this guy Dan the 3D Printing Dad.
My print settings:
eSun 95A TPU
0,2mm layer height
0,6mm line width (better overhang performance and lower print time)
smallest line width 0,4mm
cooling 100% (important because otherwise the tip will melt down while printing)
no supports
