UPDATE December 31st 2023- Added an optional slightly smaller TPU seal for the folks that are having fitment issues.

UPDATE December 19th 2023-Added a flat top reinforced lid and updated the case bottom with a deeper seal groove and a new design incorporated into the bottom to minimise warping.. The pattern on the lid is the Octagram Spiral infill option set on the bottom layer in PrusaSlicer.

UPDATE July 27th-Added a case top with integrated handle. It will require supports from the build plate only. It uses the same handle and fasteners. 

You now have the choice of where you want to have the handle, either in front, or on top or have both, just print two handles.

Gorilla space case, water resistant, dust proof and lockable.

External dimensions, W-220mm, L-205mm, H-125mm

Internal dimensions, W-195mm, L-155mm, H-115mm

Print the clips with PETG@100% infill.

You must use the TPU seal if you require your case to be water resistant and dust proof. Print the seal with 2 perimeters and 0% infill, this is important because you want your seal to be squishy for a good seal and also for your lid to close properly. When placing into the groove of the bottom of the case, make sure the flat part of the seal is facing up towards the lid.

Alternatively you can purchase 3mm round seal from most hardware stores and cut to length and superglue in the groove provided.

You will require 8 M3x40mm fasteners, they all screw into the plastic.

Optional 8-----8x3mm neodymium magnets for the top tray and top tray lid.

There are access holes for the handle fasteners just below the clip fasteners of the case. I've included optional hole caps if you want to cover up the access holes after the handle has been installed, as shown in the photo description, the caps are in red.

I designed this entire case to be printed on a Prusa MK3/Ender 3 size printer.

No supports are needed.
