MOLLE Tourniquet Elastic Strap

Just a simple design that I made to let me use two elastic bands to attach a tourniquet to 5 rows of MOLLE webbing.  molle_tq_strap_1 is a simple design that is easy to slip on and off, and molle_tq_strap_2 has hooks to better capture the elastic bands and keep things from sliding around (this is the design in the pictures).

Always good to have a tourniquet within reach for when you're larping in your mom's basement and fall and scrape your knee.
