My toilet lever broke and I didn't want to buy a new one. This model is certainly not overengineered and the tolerances are pretty tight in most places but if you'd rather print one than order one for whatever reason (or just need a temporary stand in) this should hopefully do the job.

I'm uploading this the date I completed the final prototype. If it breaks on me in any way I'll post an update here. If you see no update it's probably still lasting me!

update: after a few months it snapped and I made a reinforced version of the part that snapped and I've uploaded it.

Assembly instructions:

  • stack the “threaded bit” on the flusher then tighten the nut down on it
  • then press the lever arm on it should fit pretty tightly.
  • Then pin it in with a piece of 1.75mm filament. This fit is pretty loose so I went ahead and left some extra filament sticking out of either side but you could also cut it flush.
