Here are two variants of the Elder Sign from the Cthulhu Mythos lore, in the version from August Derleth (resembling a deformed five-pointed star). It's a good image to play with different settings and/or somewhat unusual filaments, like one (or two) glow-in-the dark filaments.

Important note: Bear in mind that glow-in-the-dark filaments are abrasive. Use a hard nozzle that can work with abrasives, like hardened steel, the Nozzle-X or ObXidian from E3D, ruby pointed, tungsten carbide, Dwayne Johnson, etc.

Both symbols are 110x110mm. The first one, Elder sign_Front_110x110, is flatter; second one, Elder sign eStars_Front_110x110, is noticeably taller. For the “normal” I used a glitter Fillamentum Vertigo as base black, while for the “eStars” I used the quite unusual eSUN eStars Galaxy Black, which is a smoky black with glow-in-the-dark particles.

You can notice in the pictures the “dimming” effect of blending the glow-in-the-dark with a high-TD (low-opacity) white, the Prusament Blend Pearl White. (I found other silky white filaments with a high TD, which can work equally well, like Winkle's "Nacar".)

Source files for HueForge are provided, as well as the original source image (see the “Other Files” section). So you don't have to use glow-in-the dark (or greens, for that matter). It's just that the Hounds of Tindalos and the Lurkers in the Threshold can come at night, and you'd better be prepared for your certain impending doom. The glow-in-the-dark does for a bit of added otherworldly eldritch unspeakable gloom and doom, but neons and/or bright greens can work just the same.

Printing data

For the “regular”, flat sign STL:

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

Filaments Used:
Fillamentum Extrafill Vertigo Galaxy (hex #2F261B) Transmission Distance: 3.5 (Blending Distance: 0.4)
Prusament Blend Lime Green (hex #88A144) Transmission Distance: 7.5 (Blending Distance: 0.5)
Esun Luminous Green (hex #8F8B89) Transmission Distance: 23 (Blending Distance: 2.3)
Prusament Blend Pearl White (hex #B4B6BC) Transmission Distance:  23 (Blending Distance: 2.3)

Swap Instructions:
Vertigo Galaxy until layer #6 at 0.56mms
Lime Green until layer #11 at 0.96mms
Luminous Green until layer #16 at 1.36mms
Pearl White until layer #20 at 1.68mms

For the “eStars” taller sign STL:

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

Filaments Used:
eSUN eStars Galaxy Black (hex #352728) Transmission Distance: 14 (Blending Distance: 1.2)
Prusament Blend Lime Green (hex #88A144) Transmission Distance: 7.5 (Blending Distance: 0.5)
Esun Luminous Green (hex #8F8B89) Transmission Distance:  23 (Blending Distance: 2.3)
Prusament Blend Pearl White (hex #B4B6BC) Transmission Distance: 23 (Blending Distance: 2.3))

Swap Instructions:
eStars Galaxy Black until layer #9 at 0.8mms
Lime Green until layer #16 at 1.36mms
Luminous Green until layer #31 at 2.56mms
Pearl White until layer #36 at 2.96mms

You may notice there's “just a bit” of stringing. Well, here the weather's being both hot and humid (above 60% RH in ~30ºC), so it was either having moist filament with stringing, or me totally melting. (I will give 'em a pass with the steel brush and/or hot air gun, but I wanted you to see it as they were, no post-processing. Sure you can do better!)

Tech Details and Licensing

All the hex colors have been obtained with a Nix Mini 2 color sensor, using my swatches for the Nix Mini 2.

The Transmission Distances have been measured with my Step Test for HueForge and my good eye. (This doesn't mean that I have a keen eyesight; it means I have better vision with one eye than with the other.)

The TD/BD for the eStars is a bit arbitrary, as I didn't care as much to get the “black” color as to get a good enough glow in the dark; too many layers don't help, as an intense black would hide the glow, so I went a little under until the glow saturation looked good.
