Made this for my daughters Baby Born doll. It features some hanging space and a drawer or two if you print two sets.
The design is divided into several printed parts, which are then glued together. I used 2 component glue, but almost anything will work that does not discolour.
Materials:
1.5M of 23mm diameter broomstick / rakeshaft for the 4 legs
295mm additional broomstick/shaft or print the top one which is possible.
Glue for gluing the panels together
1 M3 screw 15 to 20mm
I used the hangers from https://www.printables.com/model/427870-baby-born-coat-hanger
Printing:
I printed all parts with no top or bottoms layers, 4 perimeters, and honeycomb infill of 20%.
No supports are needed
If printing the top bar for the hanger, lay that on its side with a 3mm brim that will need cleaning off.
All other parts are printed in orientation the models will import to.
Assembly:
Cut the 1.5M of broomstick into 370mm lengths. It can be longer but the drawer will be suspended then.
Insert the lengths of broomstick as in the picture, with the 5th shorter segment at the top.
Test fit the drawer assembly, then glue the pieces together, paying attention to the orientation for the dovtail, they are not fully symmetric. So watch the corner alignment with will be off of the one panel is flipped.
And finally mount the knob on the drawer with a M3 or similar sized screw from the inside. Add a washer to distribute load between the screw head and the drawer.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
