V2 of the project is out now, check it out: https://www.printables.com/model/550993-sparrow-v2-headless-electric-travel-guitar
I present my first ever guitar build, a 3d printed headless travel guitar! My main goal was to make it as small as possible, with full size components. Parts are designed to fit on an ender 3 bed, they are printed from petg, since the metal backplate handles most of the string tension.
I attached a .f3d file of the design, feel free to modify it as you like!
Printing insturctions:
Body prints in 3 picies than use glue to fix them toghether. Supports are only needed in the neck pocket, but you might get away with bridging it. The knobs are made to be printed on an sla resin printer, but can be printed on fdm as well.
Other parts:
Electronics and neck are from this kit, but should be compatible with others as well: https://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_eguitar_kit.htm
Hardware:
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
