I loved Necrosster's design, because it looked very similar to the original. I still had issues with the fit, I didn't like the large gaps, And the little legs would often break on me too. I suspect this is best printed in PETG. Allowing for some flex. I found this extra flex would just snap, so I've added more material around the “legs”. I have a tall boy version which has thicker legs, Which I have used on my left side, because the housing has broken off leaving an even larger gap. The dark blue pieces are Necrosster's design.

Note the legs do not touch the back of the cavity, so as you tighten, the assembly clamps down on the spindle, and restricts the movement. I haven't addressed this issue, I'm not sure if that was the original intent of the design.

If printing upright, you will need supports. At one stage I printed it side ways, for more strength, but it doesn't look as nice, and you will need more supports. I've used PLA+ which seems OK. You can mirror the file in your slicer if it's for the left side.

This was chopped up in MS 3D Builder, I've uploaded the 3mf file if you want to make some quick alterations.

Let me know if you made this, As the headphones are quite ancient, I'd love too see some other people using them.
