Privacy Lock Key

Replaced the screw driver above the powder room bathroom with a custom key to open the privacy lock.

The hex is sized for a 2.5mm (0.1 inch) allen wrench.

Post-Printing

Install the allen wrench in the long side.

Cut to length with a cut off wheel.

Grind flat blade with grinding wheel.

Use center punch to deform the hex on the cap to get solid friction fit.
