Ender-7 Mosquito Magnum/LGX Lite Hotend Adapter

Finally decided to upgrade my ender-7 stock hotend, the best flow rate i was getting before the flow started degrading was about 14mm^3/s (0.4 nozzle), so the best benchy time i had was just under 40min.

Here are the parts i modeled to adapt mosquito magnum and lgx lite extruder combo to replace the ender-7 hotend.

Reuses all the screws, plus two additional m3 screws for the cable holder.

Will need to change the screws for the cover from m3 8mm to 10mm if adding the extruder mount

Work in progress, I have test printed the parts (no supports) and test fitted the parts to the carrage. Thinking of getting the final mount made in aluminum.

All printed on Prusa Mini+

Remodeled the hotend cover for easier fan cleaning and cutout for extruder mount to pass through, also added additional hole for cables to pass through.

Existing hotend cover could also used, will need to widen cutout on top to allow for the extruder mount, the dimensions are in pictures attached

Designed to have a piece of ptfe tube between the lgx-lite extruder and the mosquito magnum (39mm)(tight fit), couldn't use the aluminum adapter (part of combo) as the extruder motor had to face forward and would collide with the frame.

Also have made some mock parts of the ender-7 hotend and some pieces i used to help check the alignment.

There is a model of the bl-touch bracket, this is a mock for the size of the metal one i have installed.
