PTFE cutter (MK3S+ remix)

The MK3S+ requires a PTFE tube 2mm shorter than the MK3S in its hotend. I created this to help those of you who want to cut your PTFE down to length or who have an alternative hotend (like the phaeton dragon or trianglelabs dragon) and want the right amount sticking out. Thanks to @vertigo235 for the original design and for providing the STEP file, which was easy to remix.

Print instructions

I used 3 perimeters for strength, though that shouldn't matter too much.
