The frame is printed in PLA with 0.15 resolution (sunlu matte black) while the lock is printed in PETG, because of small walls and mechanical needs.
With my printer the frame is a snug fit for the focusing screen, The walls are tapered towards the inside, so if it's too snug just shave a small bit of the inner border, the screen has to be put in with the metal frame nice part outside, once in it will snap and stay pressed to its position.
I used 2 small view glasses screws, M1.6 x 8mm with 2 washers (M2 and M3)to keep the stop mechanism in place and give a bit of stiffness to the slide.
2 DESIGNS OF THE FRAME!
The one with protrusion is to fit and locate easier with my Hasselblad back system that I'll publish soon, for any other use I think "hassymountmattescreen-standard.stl" is the one to print.
PRINT NOTES
Please print the frame with mechanics on the top, and use zig zag support for the inside.
NOTE… this has never been used on a Hasselblad so it may require some tuning to reach the effective focusing distance!!! may ned shimmering on the focusing screen.
