Prints well with .2mm resolution and 20% infill. Be sure to turn on “Print thin walls” to bring out the lettering detail, and don't be afraid to slow down the first layer.
This is my first attempt at a kit card design, so there is definitely room to improve. Credit goes to Nakozen for the tapered design of the braces. Use a pair of snips to free the pieces.
For assembly, start at the top with the smokestack and work your way down.
Note on tolerances:
Every printer is different, so your tolerances may be perfect, or they might be too loose or too tight. An easy fix for this is to use the Horizontal Expansion (Cura), or XY Size Compensation (Prusaslicer) feature to correct issues. If the parts are too loose, try a 0.1mm value and If they are too tight try a -0.1mm value.
Enjoy!
