I've remodeled the impeller design based on the original. I thought, based on the 3d printed nature and material of the replacement, a newer more rugged model would work best but it didn't so I remodeled the impeller to look and feel as close to the original. It seems it works enough not to warrant an almost 100-150 euro replacement acquisition. It still needs the original metal bushing of a used/spent impeller. The pump axle is too round to support and hold to spin just a TPU part.
My best TPU print settings are 0.16 layer hight, 3 perimeters, 3 top-bottom horizontal shells, 25% infill, no supports, 12mm/s speed everywhere, 212C Hot end temperature, 40C Bed, minimum possible cooling. I use an Anycubic Mega Zero with Phaetus Dragonfly 0.4 mm nozzle. I had different results with other filament colors, cant's say what brand because it's B-grade rolls. Try to experiment. My best one (from the 3 prints posted in my pictures) was at low temperatures and speed.
