Shuriken Fidget Twist

This is based on Devin Montes fidget twister and has tighter tolerances, so it is not as loose, and, this one is based on a shuriken and not a star. Also, I printed mine at 0.3 layer hight, but 0.15 or 0.1 is recommended.
