magnetic single front panel solution for 6mm thick glass and 3mm foam

Be careful when drilling arcrylic glass, it breaks much more easily than PC. i recommend to use PC panels

my panels where slighty too tall so i had to take away some material with a roundfile where the screws are , as shown in the last photo. please check if this is necessary with your panel dimensions (not all panels have exactly the same size).

ABS/ASA (i used 3djake ASA)

0.4 nozzle 

4 top/bottom layer 

4walls

30% infill

screws/BOM:

4x M5 16mm BHCS

4x M5 nuts

12x M3 10mm BHCS (probably 8mm also works)

12x M3 nuts

16x M3 10mm SHCS

16x hammerhead nuts (T-nuts should work too)

40x magnets (6 x 3 mm round shape) - i used a mix of n35 and stronger ones (probably n45 or n52)
