Saab JAS 39 Gripen Kit Card

The Saab JAS 39 Gripen ("The Griffin") is a multirole jet aircraft in service with the Swedish Airforce since 1996. It is also used by the airforces of Brazil, Czechia, Hungary, South Africa and Thailand.

This model is based on Kaboldy's line art, and takes inspiration from the work of user Nakozen. The scale is about 1:200. The parts can be separated from the frame using the “Split to Objects” function in PrusaSlicer.

Update 2023-07-11: Moved intersection backwards for more rigidity, redid lines slightly thinner, added line to canards, separated nameplate and added a variant with a loop. 

Update 2023-08-09: Added a looser fitting version and adjusted the wing thickness slightly.
