A bunch of people tend to replace the milk frother of the Dedica. Installing a completely new one is quite a drag, so the “lazy” method is to simply remove the outer part. This leaves people with the problem that the inner frother, which now isn't affixed to the Machine anymore, can come off at any time. This print lets you remove the outer part, use the better, inner part and still locks it in place.
I did a PETG print with 0.15 mm, 0.4 nozzle and 100% infill. I used the organic supports in PrusaSlicer 2.6 to avoid problems with on-print supports. (.3mf file attached)
For assembling i used a bit of vaseline®.
Until now the PETG doesn't show problems with the heat, but High-Temp PLA might even be safer.
