One of the biggest headaches in laser engraving tumblers using a chuck rotary is getting the cup on the chuck precisely lined up.  “Frustrating” is just the beginning.  Expensive if you mess up either by being off center or you clamp too hard and damage the tumbler.

I designed these to work with the tumblers I had on hand.  They use the seal/gasket from one of the lids to work.  You can buy replacements on Amazon for $1-2 each if you wanted to just setup the jig and not worry about damaging a seal.

Print with the following settings:

  • 4 perimeters
  • 4 top and bottom shells
  • 25% infill
  • No supports

I've added the 30oz and 20oz ones I've designed.  If you need it for a different size tumbler, send me the inside diameter (in mm) of the cup and I'll upload one to size.
