This is version 2 of a pocket screwdriver handle I designed. Version 1 was designed in Tinkercad, and has a straight, ribbed design instead of the concave shape for more comfortable use.

I designed it in Fusion 360 to use the Harbor Freight bit holder Item 62692. It holds standard 1/4 inch screwdriver bits that are readily available at most hardware stores.

Assembly is easy. Simply mix some five minute epoxy, apply it to the magnetic bit holder, and insert it into the handle. For best results, clamp the pieces together until the epoxy cures. To create a shiny stain resistant finish, give the screwdriver a quick bath in acetone (Only if you printed it in ABS).

I recommend printing this in ABS.

No rafts or supports needed, but you may want to use a skirt.

NOTES: Version 2.1 of this is the original model. I had to rework it to fit better when I upgraded my old printer to an all metal hot end. Version 2.5 has a larger bore so the hex shank of the bit holder will slide in without forcing it. You may want to just print the first 10 - 15 mm to check the fit of your bit holder prior to printing the complete handle.

Additional Use: I found that when a hole is drilled in the closed end, it makes an excellent handle for the pull chain of a shop light!

I would love to see your makes and read your comments.
