P2 Volvo fuel door hinge

Based on my broken OEM hinge. Modeled in Fusion 360. I abandoned the squishy gaskets and the fit seems better. Printed in petg but I think abs would be a better choice.

Gota print it at weird angles for strength. I did something like vertical, then 30 degrees towards x and 45 towards y with the expandy bits pointing somewhat upwards.

Expandy bits are a tight fit. Could probably be a bit longer. I used 4 m3x10ish bolts to attach.

Do a dry fit before attaching the door.

Testing for longevity now but fit is pretty good.
