Die Tasche wird normal Innen befestigt. 

Ich bin jedes Mal beim Auf oder Absteigen daran hängen geblieben. 

Wenn man sie Vorne und am Lenker befestigt, wird das Licht verdeckt und man kommt schwer an den Reißverschluss um sie zu öffnen.

Mit dem Halter kann man eine Tasche vorne befestigen. 

Das Licht ist Frei und man kommt gut an den Reißverschluss und wenn man möchte, kann man noch Einkaufstüten daran hängen :)

The bag is attached normally inside. 

I got stuck on it every time when getting on or off.
